The Malawi Police have arrested four people on suspicion of decorating a valentines day gift with K2000 bank notes, Low Profile Malawi has learnt.
The suspects have been identified as Idah Bvalani, Chikondi Mmanga, Kettie Kaphiri and Nailah Ibrahim.
According to Reserve Bank 2018 act, damaging and unlawful use of money is an offense, as it is contrary to section 54, subsection 2c of the act.
