The British High Commissioner sends off chivening scholars


The UK Government has vowed to support the country’s education sector inorder to compliment it’s socio-economic development. The acting British High Commissioner to Malawi David Pert made the remarks today in Lilongwe during a farewell reception for eight Chivening scholarship recipients.

The latest cohort from Malawi has scholars that will study in different programmes ranging from public health, agriculture and rural development, communication for development, immunology to international law, security and strategic studies.
