International artists to storm Malawi in summer

Malawi will be a place to visit in the summer as a number of internationally recognised musicians are set to perform in the country.
Musicians from Jamaica, Nigeria, South Africa and Tanzania among other countries, are on the queue to hit the stage in the warm heart of Africa at different events.
Three major summer events have attracted the international stars; Sand Music Festival, Lilongwe Music Festival and Hangout Festival.
From 1st to 3rd October, The Sand Music Festival will hit Nkopola in Mangochi where Jamaican reggae Maestro Gramps Morgan will share the stage with Mr P from Nigeria, and the South African Duo of Makhadzi and Sipho Makhabane.
Late October, from 29th to 30th another magical singer from Jamaica Christopher Martin will perform at Lilongwe Music Festival alongside Nigerian wonder kid Joe Boy and South African songstress Shekkinah.
The fun will continue on 7th November at Kabumba Hotel in the lakeshore district of Salima where Tanzanian Bongo flavour star Harmonize will share the stage with South African female singer Makhadzi.
Two other Nigerian super stars Tekno and Fire Boy are also expected to perform in the country at different events.
