Malawi’s hip hop-savvy duet Home Grown African has reunited ahead of the King wa street concert scheduled for Robins park this afternoon.
The duo comprising of Classic whose real name is Yankho Zulu and Hayze Engolah who was born Sindiso Msungama, will take to stage together, years after focusing on their respective solo projects.
The concert has been organized by budding hip hop artist Gattah. It has brought together a number of urban artists.
Some of the urban music heavyweights who will perform at the stage are, Hyphen who was formerly known as Young Kay, Piksy, Martse, and Charisma.
Home Grown African got into the limelight with songs like Radio, Bola Kunthanzi and TIA among others.
The duo separated after a couple of projects for reasons that have never been divulged to the public.
