After losing 3-1 to the Stallions on Thursday, Flames will this afternoon clash with the Stallions again, the question is; will today have a different story?

Flames coach Meck Mwase says his charges must win today’s game against Burkina Faso if they are to remain in contention for a place at the 2022 AFCON Finals.

The result widened the gap between Malawi and the two top sides Burkina Faso and Uganda to four points as the the Flames remain third with three points.

Mwase said his side must collect the three points on Monday to catch up with the two teams.

Malawians have hope in Flames in today’s game, speaking with Low Profile Malawi one of the enthusiastic supporters said though we have our player Gabadinho Mhango who is injured and defender Limbikani who tested positive to Coronavirus, Malawi will still carry the day.
