Hon Frank Tumpale Mwenifumbo was recently unveiled by Hon Bright kawaga as a UTM candidate in the coming by-elections in Karonga Central. He was declared a UTM candidate as he went unopposed and will face MCP’s Leornad Mwalwanda.
Mwenifumbo has straight away kicked off his campaign trail. He has already been to areas such as Lupembe soliciting for the vital votes.
He told his constituents that once voted into power as a Member of Parliament, he will make sure that he follows up on various projects including the water project which will provide clean water to the area.
“I would like to follow up on the stalled projects which I initiated for example the piped water project which shall run from one corner of the constituency to the end and this will provide clean water to almost all members of the constituency,” he said.
